इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज प्राचार्य के इस्तीफे पर ‘अन्दाज तेवराना’ / कमिश्नर को दिया ज्ञापन, तकनीकी शिक्षामंत्री के निजी सचिव की दखलअंदाजी

बीकानेर, 3 जून। राजस्थान के तकनीकी शिक्षा मंत्री के निजी सचिव द्वारा इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज, बीकानेर (ईसीबी) में अनावश्यक दखलअंदाजी व दबाव बनाने वाली कार्यशैली से क्षुब्ध प्राचार्य प्रो. एम. पी. पूनिया ने कल अपने पद से त्यागपत्र दे दिया जबकि झालावाड़ इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज प्राचार्य को यहां का कार्यभार दिया गया है। उधर विरोध स्वरुप कॉलेज कर्मचारियों शैक्षणिक व अशैक्षणिक स्टॉफ द्वारा बुधवार को अनिश्चितकालीन बंद के तहत कलैक्ट्रेट पर प्रदर्शन के साथ कमिश्नर को ज्ञापन दिया गया। समस्त स्टॉफ इस तरह की गतिविधियों से आशंकित एवं भयभीत भी है कि भविष्य में किसी भी स्टॉफ के साथ इस तरह का तानाशाहीपूर्ण निर्णय लिया जा सकता है।

बुधवार अपरान्ह सरकारी अवकाश के बावजूद कलैक्ट्रेट पर प्रदर्शन करते हुए कॉलेज स्टॉफ व छात्र-छात्राओं के संगठनों ने मंत्री महेन्द्र मालवीय हाय-हाय, एमपी पूनिया जिन्दाबाद तथा पूनिया साहब को वापस लाओ जैसे नारे लगाए।

तत्पश्चात सीएम के नाम इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज बीकानेर सोसायटी स्टॉफ एसोसिएशन द्वारा प्राचार्य का इस्तीफा नामंजूर करने का ज्ञापन कमिश्नर को दिया गया। ज्ञापन में बतलाया गया कि उक्त क्रियाकलापों से कॉलेज पर प्रशासनिक पकड़ कमजोर तथा अध्ययनरत विद्यार्थियों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ होगा। उधर भाजपा के प्रदेश कार्यकारिणी सदस्य सत्यप्रकाश आचार्य ने भी आज मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत को एक पत्र फैक्स करके इसीबी प्राचार्य डा. पूनिया द्वारा अचानक दिए गए इस्तीफे के पीछे छिपे कारणों की विस्तृत जांच कराकर अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय को स्वतंत्र व पारदर्शी रुप से कार्य करने की छूट देने का अनुरोध किया, उन्होंने बताया कि बीते 4-5 वर्षों में प्रो. पूनिया के नेतृत्व में चहुंमुंखी विकास की ओर अग्रसर है तथा कुशल प्रशासनिक सक्रियता से ही आज इसीबी में 5 हजार से अधिक छात्र विभिन्न संकायों के पाठयक्रमों के तहत अध्ययनरत हैं। प्रदर्शन करने वाले सोसायटी के पदाधिकारीगण आज जयपुर के लिए भी रवाना हुए जो गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री से मुलाकात कर मामले की वस्तुस्थिति से अवगत कराएंगे।

वातावरण ठीक नहीं लग रहा था, व्यवस्थाएं परिवर्तित हो रही थीं ऐसे में प्रतिकूल परिस्थितियों में रहकर सकारात्मक, उत्साही और प्रगतिपरक कार्य नहीं किया जा सकता।

I personally feel this is a matter of conspiracy….. This is the bad phase of Indian democracy. Favoritism is not required for development.

The interfering in the professional colleges by such leaders…those who are unknown of campus realities……is ridiculous…
We are planing for IIT Rajasthan…..Is this possible that IIT can progress in such an environment???
This is a big question for all the students of our state..Rajasthan.
So please let us be unite for Poonia sir…….he should not be defeated.

ECB and Poonia sir are not two different terms.. and if such an event happens it means that there is a big cause behind the screen. Whatever may be the cause, it is this weird politics that keeps intruding in.. any kinda consequences may be there, people in bikaner well not even in bikaner it should be said that people those who attach themselves against this shit bureaucracy that is completely going into oblivion are hurt. WE WANT YOU BACK SIR.

we all know that poonia sir has given resign as princi of our college. nd this decision must hve taken in big political pressure.
In this bad time we shud all unite nd shud fight for poonia sir in the way we can. I dont know wht exactly happend bet poonia sir nd education ministry, bt i trust sir nd actually we all, he cant be wrong…… it depicts in his several year work in ecb.
So guys i request u all plz spent hours for our great poonia sir to help him out of this dispute at ur best u can nd the way u can.

resignation of punia sir indicates deeply interference by buerocrates in educational institutes.this will not be tolerable.
faculties of all engg. colleges should support punia sir and be united in against to govt.
punia sir is a mile stone in technical eduaction,to run such a big institute we need such a “IRON MAN”
so plz request to all engg. college staff ,be with punia sir

This is not done at all. I don’t know what happened exactly, but resigning of our honorable Prof. M.P. Poonia is not acceptable for us.We need a powerful leader and right now no one can replace Poonia Sir because, he is like the CAPTAIN of that ship which can loose its way to progress.

prof.M.P.Punia ek achey principal hai or helpful nature ke hai yadi koi dusra principal ECB ko milta hai to sayad college ki progress ko ek bhari nuksan hoga kyoki koi bhi new principal ya koi new man kisi bhi new palce per jaldi se set nahi ho sakta hai.

diwali per jo ki C.O.City, damani chowk per juvey ko rok rahe hai wo sayad isko rok nahi rehai hai bulki or bedha rehai hai kyoki pehley kuch hi jagah per juva khela jata tha per do saal se in jagah ki matra ab jayada ho gayee hai. so muje legta hai ki juvey ki ending nahi starting hai

Mr.M.P.punia sir is the great person for the ECB …..if any one want to replace principal sir in ecb it is very harmful for all ecbians……
